Low Season Rates (May to end of October) for each Villa is
$70 a night,  $350 a week, or $1200 a month.

Season Rates (November to end of April) for each Villa is
$80 a night,  $560 a week, or $2400 a month.

• Three (3) nights minimum stay is required for each of our Villa rentals.
• Rental amounts are based on double occupancy, not including use of A/C.
• All amounts are in US Dollars. Mexico Resort Taxes of 14% are included.
• Use of Air Conditioning is an additional charge of $10 per night.
• All our Villas are Non-Smoking by law, please only smoke on your patio area.
• Deposit - is due when your Reservation is confirmed.
• Reservation Total - is due 30 Days before your arrival date.
• No Refunds - Cancellations less than 30 Days before Arrival, or early Departure.
• We are 3 KM from downtown Bacalar, having a Rental car is your best option.
• Easy driving directions will be sent to you after your Reservation is confirmed.

Pehaltun Villas is a walled and gated large property open on the shore of the Lagoon. Each Villa is private and different. I am fortunate enough to have a large private property on this amazing lagoon and the opportunity to share my piece of paradise with others.

We do have dogs on the property that are considered part of our family. Though you will rarely have them around your Villa because they stay close to the main house, for all the free doggy food. But we do have four gentle and loveable dogs, and one very spoiled cat.
